 Social Business Creation (SBC) offers the training-of-trainers (TOT) program that is designed to enable educators and business professionals to become more effective trainers, particularly in social entrepreneurship, and provide essential knowledge and tools to create programs that support social entrepreneurship development and promote ESG (environmental, social, and governance) values and performance measurement. The program includes several lecture series and hands-on practice under SBC guidance from April to August 2024. People passing the rigorous training are awarded SBC trainer certifications. Completion of the foundational course is required before participation in specialized training in Social Innovation Generation (SIG), Business Model Innovation (BMI), Social Business Implementation ( SBI), and Social Impact Acceleration (SIA).

The program is designed to (1) enable university professors and business professionals to become more effective coaches, and (2) provide essential knowledge and tools in order to create programs that support social entrepreneurship development.
People who desire to achieve one or both of these goals are encouraged to apply.
Admission to the Training-of-Trainers program is based on the applicant’s motivation to promote social entrepreneurship and potential to create social changes.

If the certificate holder remains active with SBC competition in the respective module (ie, participates at least once in three consecutive editions) and at the respective level of the certification (ie, scores the required performance at least once in three successive editions), the holder will have his/her certification automatically renewed at the end of the three-year period.

If the certificate holder remains active with SBC competition in the respective module and achieves a higher level of performance than that of the previous edition, his/her certification will be adjusted up to the appropriate level upon the completion of the module.

If the certificate holder remains active with SBC competition in the respective module (ie, participates at least once in three consecutive editions) BUT at the lower level of the certification (ie does not meet the required performance in any of three consecutive editions), his /her certification will be adjusted down to the appropriate level at the end of the three-year period.

The certification will expire after three years of inactivity. The trainer will need to pass through the SBC training-of-trainers program again to get certified again.
