This foundational course on “Gamification and Experiential Learning Methods in Social Entrepreneurship Education” is aimed at equipping participants with a fundamental understanding of social business and experiential learning methodologies. It serves as a prerequisite for advanced training in specialized areas such as Social Innovation Generation (SIG), Business Model Innovation (BMI), Social Business Implementation (SBI), and Social Impact Acceleration (SIA). Over five sessions, the course provides an in-depth overview of the SBC’s vision and mission, delving into experimental learning and gamification methods. Participants are introduced to the landscape of social entrepreneurship education and are engaged in practical exercises to assimilate and apply the learning. The course emphasizes interactive teaching techniques, including case studies and the art of writing teaching cases, while also focusing on effective coaching and mentoring strategies. The final session revolves around evaluating social business projects, underscoring the importance of assessing both team dynamics and individual mindset changes. Upon completion, participants are not only well-versed in the fundamentals of social business but are also adept at applying these concepts in real-world scenarios, setting the stage for transformative social impact.
