After living for 4 years in Australia, Japan and China where he learned Japanese and Mandarin while cooking and teaching English, Frédéric Morin-Bordeleau came back to his hometown of Montreal. With his brother, he then started the Project MR-63 that was nothing more than a way too big idea for two brothers with zero experience in business, architecture, real estate, politic or project management. Both brothers were huge dreamers ( and quite stubborn hard workers ) so they manage to get the architect firm Rayside Labossière to join their project and give . And then it was a city official that jumped on board, and then some accountants, and some art world public figure and then some politician and finally they convinced the STM to give them 8 metro train to make it a reality . After four years of hard work, they are now raising 6M $ to build this project in the South-West, more precisely in the new Quartier de l’Innovation where it will host a cafe bar and an art gallery that will give their visibility to local and emergent products and artists. In 2009, he finishes his BA in Environmental and Ecology Studies at Concordia University (Montreal, QC). Dissatisfied with the traditional environmentalist approach and it’s inability to meet the challenges of our time, Graham turns to Permaculture. The same year, he obtains his Permaculture Design Certificate (PDC) from Jesse Lemieux and then becomes the apprentice of one of the great names of Permaculture, Geoff Lawton, at the Permaculture Research Institute of Australia (PRI).
At the same time, he founds P3 Permaculture in Montreal: a social enterprise teaching and consulting permaculture design with the goal of making permaculture accessible to all.
To date, Graham has certified more than 350 students in Permaculture Design. He has offered consulting and design services in more than 9 countries around the world; from urban gardens in Montreal, to the desert lands of Gansu in China, the tropical rainforest of Costa Rica and Cameroon.
Now more than ever, Graham is dedicated to creating new courses and projects to inspire and facilitate the transition to action and the development of regenerative solutions for our planet and society. Its projects include soil regeneration, accelerating social change and support for the implementation of regenerative projects.

Throughout his childhood JR had two passions: sports and food. In his younger days, like every Canadian he was an intense hockey player who in high school feel in love with the sport of basketball. He then attended University to become a phys. Ed. Teacher but his passion for food and cooking took over and soon enrolled at the ITHQ to learn the hard trade of ‘chefing’! After traineeships in California, Scandinavia, Africa and Europe winning the Relais & Châteaux grant, he decided to get back with his first passion, sports, through coaching. Two years ago, he enrolled into the coaching program with P3P (who gives sport coaches the tools to become life coaches for underprivileged kids) and is now coaching the bantam boys team in Dalbé-Viau, Lachine. JR uses his passion to help them gain the skills needed to succeed in basketball, in school and in life.

As One Drop’s resident social art specialist, Luc works directly with other organizations that are committed to supporting artists and citizens seeking to improve human behavior and bring sustainable development to businesses worldwide. Every day, he’s driven by his passion for bringing autonomy, freedom and justice to humanity, as well as having opportunities to work with other people who dedicate their time and effort to the same cause.
While Luc is formally educated with a certificate in nonprofit management and studies in urban planning, much of his professional experience is self-taught. He learned the tricks of his trade by creating and interning directly with mentors of his choosing, including renowned Brazilian theatre director, dramatist and activist, Augusto Boal. Luc is also part of the Alan Thomas Fellowship, a leadership and volunteer initiative started by The Carold Institute.
